Sometimes it’s easy to take for granted moments like this one between Coach Kristel and TJ’s San Rafael OG, Colin, who has been a member since he was younger than our daughters. He’s now a fully functioning adult and also a firefighter doing heroic things. Little moments of connection throughout the week add up to change lives. Soak them up whenever you can!

Over the years, we’ve had some really special people in our community, and they become like family. Will Egan is one of those people. An incredible athlete who has always focused on his intense training, Will took some time to realize for himself that one of the biggest assets of TJ’s Gym is the people. He jumped right into the community and has been part of the TJ’s Mill Valley family ever since. We will miss Will like crazy but wish him and his beautiful family happy trails as they head to their adventures Jackson Hole.

Our daughters have grown up surrounded by the TJ’s community. This one is 17 today, and as we anticipate the emotional rollercoaster that will be Senior year, we are truly grateful for the love and support of this community—our extended family—and send our best wishes out to all of the parents in our midst sending off their kids to college!
