The end of the "Consistency Challenge" happened this week. Who came the closest to finishing? We will announce on social media soon.
"Bring-a-Friend" workouts are happening this Saturday at all three gyms. Check the announcements below for details.
"The Big Lean" Nutrition Challenge is kicking off on September 3rd. Join the fun so you can be your healthiest self between now and Thanksgiving. See details below.
Did you know that the amazingly welcoming crew in Corte Madera throw down a hero workout every Friday at 5pm with Captain Ed leading the charge and Coach Annie supplying the tips? All are welcome. Just bring a good attitude!
PR Night is coming to Mill Valley! Every Jan, April, June, and October, we will host a chance for you to go for a Personal Record in either something you've been working on or something that Head Coach Nick suggests for you. One-Rep Max Clean and Jerk? First Muscle Up? You name it! Get around friends cheering you on, helping you achieve something important to you. Then, hang out for some socializing while basking in the glow of success!
The CrossFit Open is coming! The Open is starting Oct.10th, and we will be returning to our wildly popular Gym vs. Gym vs. Gym format. There will be lots of different faces this year, as many new members have joined the ranks in the past few months. Look for details in the coming weeks, but in the meantime dial in your training!
Mobility and Injury Prevention Class. Free for all. Saturday, Sept 14th at 10 am in San Rafael I will take you through some common causes and fixes for common mobility and injury issues. This will be open to non-members, as well, so feel free to bring guests!
Will's Goodbye Workout. Longtime Mill Valley member, Will Egan, is moving to Wyoming with his family, and we will celebrate with a workout and shindig of some kind in his honor. Everyone is invited. This is a big hit to our community, and we need to send off Will in style. Thursday, August 22nd at 6 pm. The workout will be Murph, but don’t let that scare you away! This will be about embracing one of our own!
