Throughout the year, we offer a number of programs that give you the structure for a laser focus on your behaviors around nutrition and lifestyle. We are currently closing out THE BIG LEAN, as always, I'm extremely proud of our members who have participated and dedicated their attention and effort to their improved health and wellness. The results are astounding. I will be sharing more specifics on that soon.
I'm reaching out now, because it's time to throw your hat in the ring and commit to NOT GETTING WORSE this holiday season. One of the things I tell everyone I work with for any length of time, is that once you get better, YOU CAN'T GET WORSE! Don't let this holiday season be any different—don't allow yourself to slide back.
The IN-IT-TO-WIN-IT Program is that is fun (you keep score), but more importantly, I will be tapping you on the shoulder EVERY DAY to remind you that taking care of yourself should be your number-one priority in your life. This program will support you to make conscious choices during a stressful time of year when the decisions we all make often don't support optimal health and wellness.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm in San Rafael are now BOOTCAMP classes!*
Bring friends and family—no experience necessary for Bootcamp classes, and first class is free! All we need is our online waiver completed prior to class. TJ’s members can also try a class without it counting towards membership allotment. Email allison@tjsgym.com to make it happen!
*Please note these additions will replace the All Levels classes in San Rafael.
