Part of our work at TJ’s Gyms involves the support and development of high-level athletes. We know what it takes to train for and compete in, a variety of athletic endeavors, from team sports to individual pursuits. From runners, to swimmers, to triathletes, to kite-boarders, to tennis players, to climbers, and more, we’ve helped develop goals and plans and have executed intelligent and successful training protocols to allow our athletes to thrive.
As with all of our athletes, our goal for our competitors is to enjoy the process and maintain a balanced perspective and approach, so that the pursuit can be successful, fulfilling, and sustainable. Our high-end athletes typically work with a coach through our Individual Design program, though group class supplementation is also common. Many of our coaches have been competitors, themselves, and we can usually pair athletes with a coach who has experience in their particular sport of choice.
