We welcome visitors with at least three months of formal strength training experience to drop in to our classes.

Please follow these steps in order to participatE. We do not permit unannounced visits! YOU must email allison@tjsgym.com in order to visit the gym.

 
  1. Fill out our online waiver.

  2. Go here to purchase a drop-in. If you’re new to our system, you will need to create a log-in to access your profile. Otherwise, just sign in, and your profile will show up with the checkout option.

  3. Email allison@tjsgym.com to say when and where you'd like to drop in. If you will be in town for an extended visit, we can arrange for a you to purchase a pack of classes ahead of time.

  4. Show up to class a few minutes early, and introduce yourself to the coach.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR DROP-INs, so please PURCHASE ONLINE PRIOR TO THE CLASS!
