We welcome visitors with at least three months of formal CrossFit experience to drop in to our classes. Please follow these steps in order to participate:
1. Fill out our online waiver.
2. Go here to purchase a drop-in. You will need to create a log-in to access your profile, if you're new to our system. Otherwise, just sign in, and your profile will show up with the checkout option.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH FOR DROP-INS, SO YOU MUST PURCHASE AHEAD OF TIME ONLINE!
3. Email jessica@@tjsgym.com to say when and where you'd like to drop in. If you will be in town for an extended period of time, we can arrange for a you to purchase a pack of classes ahead of time.
4. Show up to class a few minutes early, and introduce yourself to the coach.
5. Have a great workout!
