Group classes are at the core of our program.  For many of our members, the group experience is a large part of our program's effectiveness.  Our members thrive on the energy of the group workouts, the support and camaraderie they receive, and the community connections they make.  We strive to keep our class sizes small enough to maintain excellent opportunities for individual attention and coaching; most of our class members feel that they are getting the best of both personal training (individual coaching) and group classes (fun, motivating, and more cost effective).
