We offer a fabulous strength and conditioning program for pre-teen and teen athletes. The program includes cardiovascular training through running, rowing, and jumping rope; speed and agility training through plyometrics, jumping on boxes, footwork drills, and more; core strength and competency in body-weight movements through pullups, pushups, and ring work; and strength development using weight training and other resistance work.
Session Prices – $160 (one day a week)*
$280 (two days a week)*
$395 (three times a week)*
We have monthly options available for our year-round members.
*Classes expire at the end of the session.
