Tween/Teen Session 

We offer a fabulous strength and conditioning program for pre-teen and teen athletes.  The program includes cardiovascular training through running, rowing, and jumping rope; speed and agility training through plyometrics, jumping on boxes, footwork drills, and more; core strength and competency in body-weight movements through pullups, pushups, and ring work; and strength development using weight training and other resistance work. 

 


We prioritize proper movement mechanics to optimize safety and efficiency in our athletes. Our emphasis is on overall strength and conditioning for all athletes, as opposed to specialized, sport-specific instruction.

 
Athletes experience camaraderie and team-building in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment.  Athlete-to-coach ratios are optimized for individual instruction and attention.  While our program is great for developing assets applicable to sports performance, teens who are not on a formal sports team are welcome, and many of our clients consider TJ's their sport!  We do also offer training sessions for sports teams and have extensive experience with teams of all ages. 


All new incoming teen athletes must do two private sessions with a coach prior to joining classes. This is to ensure that teens enter group sessions familiar with the movements used and knowing how to move safely. We discount these sessions for teens, so they are only $60/hour.  At least two are required, but more are always available.  We also offer ongoing private training for teens, at $90/hour after the initial 2 sessions for $60 each.

                             $280 (two days a week)*

                             $395 (three times a week)*

                        We have monthly options available for our year-round members.

*Classes expire at the end of the session.
