Private coaching can be an effective and motivating workout program.  At TJ's Gym, we understand that some people do best outside of the group exercise model, or with a combination of private coaching and group classes.  We can work with you to select a coach who suits your individual training needs and whose schedule matches well with yours.  Most of our coaches travel among our three locations, so there is great flexibility in scheduling.
