TJ's Kids is our CrossFit Kids and Mini BootCamp program. We run group workouts for kids ages 4-11, with kids ages 12 and up attending our T.E.A.M. program for teens (and tweens).  During our kids sessions, children squat, push, pull, throw, run, jump, crawl, row, and do all sorts of movements in mechanically correct ways.  Each workout includes refined instruction in at least one elemental movement, a game, and a critical component for improved overall fitness.  These classes are high-energy and demanding but always fun!  Mini BootCamp also introduces fun workouts involving tires and other odd objects.  This class runs alongside our Barbell Club for adults, so it's especially convenient for parent members!

We offer a flexible and appealing model for our kids workouts.  Just let us know when you have a group of 3 or more kids who would like to train together, and we will provide a coach and gym space at a time that works for you!  You can decide how many classes you want them to have, so there is no long-term commitment and no scheduling hassle!  We are excited to be able to offer this very open and flexible opportunity to get your kids in the shape of their lives!  Just email allison@tjsgym.com to get your child/children started.
