The Barbell Club at TJ's Gym is a great way to develop your Olympic weightlifting skills and get stronger for your 
CrossFit workouts and other pursuits.  Workouts at the Barbell Club will allow you to focus on the development of technique, 
strength, and power in your Olympic lifts.  We welcome all athletes to our Barbell Club, from novices to seasoned lifters!  
It's a great way to enjoy the camaraderie of lifting with your peers in a safe and encouraging environment.

Barbell Club classes are part of our regular CrossFit memberships and are held at the San Rafael and Mill Valley gyms.
San Rafael:  Sundays at 9:30am.
